About This Project

Notable Achievements: Awarded Shelter Volunteer of the Year, 2018

The Ferret Association of Connecticut (FACT) holds a special place in my heart, and is one of my largest pro-bono clients. Contributions consist of creating posts appealing to potential adopters, soliciting donations, writing content for the social channels and the website, educating people about the shelter foster program, editing photos, and providing effective and accurate customer service.

Since working to engage the FACT audience more intently, impressions, likes, and shares have reached an all-time high (likes are up by over 1,000 since I began). The “small business” meme alone was responsible for over 5,000 impressions since October 2017, a benchmark for this page, and expanded the page’s reach into the United Kingdom and Canada.
